CEO: Robert Coleman has been a management consultant specializing in entrepreneurial ventures and startups for 25 years. He was a founder of the Pacific Venture Club, the first venture capital club in the San Francisco Bay Area. Robert was a lecturer for San Francisco State’s Graduate Entrepreneur Program and is also a trained business appraiser. He has served as an advisor, director, or officer for dozens of companies and has personally reviewed well over 2,000 projects.

COO/CFO: Michael Chinn has been a CEO and CFO/CIO for a number of ventures for the last 20 years.   For the past 10 years Michael has focused on ventures related to sustainable land use, large-scale ocean and land ecorestoration, and products to aid the organic farming industry. Michael has been the CEO for a bio-ag company specializing in natural insect pest control (entomopathogenic nematodes) and the CFO of a publicly-held company (Planktos) that directed large-scale ecorestoration projects.  He has also guided an earlier company (Resource Biometrics) through an acquisition by a publicly-held company.  He is also a founder of the Pacific Venture Club.

Director of Marketing: Maria Morales, M.S. Maria holds a bachelors in Genetics, minor in Forestry and a MS in Wildland Resource Science all from UC Berkeley.  She has worked with private and public landowners on wildfire issues since 1991.  She has written several Fire Management plans, Co-edited Conference Proceedings and is a lecturer for the University of Phoenix and Merritt Community College where she encourages the next generation of environmental stewards to take charge of their world by starting in their backyard.  She embraces prevention and understands the concerns clients have in protecting their property while staying in balance with ecological concerns.
